I ordered a pair of Moschino sliders for my daughter's birthday . The first time she has worn them they have broken . I have tried to contact Flannels to speak to someone in person about the faulty product but am not able to . I have been told to complete a form and return the item registered post to Flannels. This is a cost to me for an issue that is not my fault and leaves me out of pocket. My suggestion would be that in the case of faulty goods the purchaser should be able to speak to a person about the issue and should be sent a returns label at the charge of the company. This would provide positive customer service which is very important in a service industry.
