My purchased item with Flannels was shipped to Germany. Compared with other UK retailers e.g. Paul Smith the packing of Flannels was poor, the lead time from their warehouse to DPD Group was too long and the lead time from the UK to GER was much too long compared with DHL as used by e.g. Paul Smith. So there is space for Flannels and their owner Sports Direct to work on a better performance compared with others. The purchased item is exactly what I have expected. I am sure to place future purchases with Flannels, but carefully as the long list of customers telling about their bad experiences is shocking.
