I’m happy with the products that I purchased from flannels,and have purchased goods before on line. The one thing that I have a problem with is that this no direct contact with customers service if you have an issue! It would be more than covenant if there were a direct line for customers concerns other than email as it takes longer to resolve the issue I had. My items were delivered to the wrong door number,of which I had to find out whom had my items having give the correct door number! When paying for such items of value, whom ever is processing the orders should try and pay more attention to what there doing! My items have now been recovered after tracking them down myself. I hope this doesn’t happen again!! I
