I managed to get 2 great items for my daughters birthday. The website is standard and easy to navigate. Checkout and payment types are as expected. Delivery was faster than usual, however at a £6.99 fee for click and collect. They had a promotion where I got a £10 voucher to spend in store for choosing click and collect. I expect the cheapest thing in store will be a £30 pair of socks so I regard the offer as just a tempter to spend more. I got a good price on the items so the click and collect wasn't a deal breaker but if I was paying top dollar then I would be miffed that most other stores do it for free or £1.99 max (John Lewis) over a certain amount. I also noticed at the checkout that items can be exchanged or a credit note provided. The fact this company will not refund will make me steer clear if its an item where size could be an issue. The girl who retrieved my order was bright and friendly for a Monday morning. She looked impeccable as was her tone and interaction. 4 stars due the delivery charge and no refund policy
