I bought a jumper and a shirt and expected that they come together. The e mail from flannels stated so as well. There was no indication they are going to be delivered separately. There was no contact customer service numbers for flannel apart from email.
Then 2 days later we got message saying another parcel to collect but before I collected got email saying collected although later I went and got my parcel.
