The process was good, however few minor points that could improve the process; the size/fit was much bigger than the standard size. I went into the local store (Sheffield -Meadowhall) to see if I could exchange, however was told that I’d need to return the trainers via post to exchange (as they didn’t have the right size in store). This obviously cost me an additional £12 in postage - when I’d have thought you could have sorted via normal store deliveries etc. with me picking them up once the new pair had arrived. Thanks
