A bit disappointed with how my coat was packaged
I also had to return it for a smaller size so I had to print out the return form myself
Then after paying £5.95 for postage I had to pay €21 for the coat to be registered for exchange
I haven't received the new size yet
Overall a bit disappointed for the online shopping with this store
