Having shopped here years and spent thousands of pounds. I recieved a voucher, which unfortunately just expired when I tried using it. I was never told it had a expiry date and zero help when I called up.
Safe to say I will not be using Flannals any time in the near future and I wouldn't recommend them to any one. Zero customer loyalty, your just a number they like to grab money off.
