My mortgage guy, Tom is of no use. Spoke to him once about a month ago and haven't heard from him since. Meanwhile I'm working with another girl who says that Tom is still my agent? WHAT??!! The only reason I even decided to go with FBHL is because I liked the FIRST guy I spoke with, he seemed like he was ready to pull up his sleeves and get to work for me.. imagine how my heart sank when he said he will find a loan officer for me to work with! Think I'm going to check out another bank now, just so I don't have to deal with being left in the dark for over a month!... Hey flat Branch just in case you're not aware Tom doesn't do anything but send generic happy holiday emails. I was promised personalized service, this ain't it!
