We sold our home that had mortgage with Flat Branch. closed on August 10 when we finally got a check from them for the remaining balance they kept more money saying that is how they do business. Every house we ever sold the mortgage companies would give us our money owed from the day of closing. They have stolen our money, refuse to give it to us from date of closing and act like they don’t have to do anything about it. If I knew at the beginning this is how they do business we would have hone elsewhere. We will never use Flat Branch again for home mortgage loan.
