Stephanie Jackson was the bad experience. She started firing off emails requesting items that I had already sent to her. She had an insurance agent contact me and want us to bundle our homeowners and auto insurance together. Then her assistant demanded info on our home that we currently live in. The house that we currently live in has been gifted to a wildlife sanctuary, it was never added into the deal. I am worried that she has now screwed up our VA financing, not to mention that I would like to know how she explained to the seller of the house why SHE(Stephanie) withdrew the loan. There is something wrong wuth the way business is handled by the company. AVOID!
