So I’ve placed my order with Flat Tummy since last year October 2020, it is now March of 2021. My order hasn’t reached me. They keep telling me that it’s because of COVID. My package twice has been returned to sender because apparently smart post does not work in US territories only inside the US. So I have asked them to change the shipper. In which they still haven’t replied. I have asked for a full refund in which they told me they couldn’t provide me one. I tried to go through Better Business Bureau but The webpage is saying forbidden. I need help and only want my money back.
