If I could give zero stars then I would. Ordered food on the "credit" they gave me and on the very next day £69.99 was taken from my account without me authorising it with them. Had no emails from them to confirm my order but kept getting generic emails about their products for 1p. So I didn't receive my order that apparently went through on the free credit they gave me but took money from my account for absolutely nothing. The number for customer service is a dead number, you can call it and it rings 4 times and drops the call. They don't reply to emails either. I did this during covid and we are now in 2024...I haven't received a refund! More recently I sent them an email and it bounced back....its not recognised. They steal from people in vulnerable times. Please do not use this company. You're better off applying for household support fund or going to a local food bank. Absolute parasites
