Absolutely HOPELESS company. Beautiful products when you can get them...they do dried roses...and guess what? They run out of roses! :) Not only= 1st present for a birthday= arrived over a week late (when we had said that the person will be on vacation). Second present never got there; we paid, we called several times, we emailed = no responses at all. We received automatic responses saying people will be in touch etc. HOPELESS do not buy from them. Eventually, heard nothing but at least the money was refunded! They should change job. Such a company has not right to exist.
