I tried this product for at least 30 days and felt improvement in my knee. I continued for another 30 days and the improvements continued to the point where I felt I could stop. I stopped for a couple of months and knee pain returned. I have bee back on the product for 60 days know but find it is not helping. I guess I should have stayed on it.
