This product was recommended to me about 5 or so years ago by a Pilates instructor mostly 4 building cartilage in my right knee, it has hyaluronic acid in it 4 this purpose, plus it was a good price for 3 bottles & free shipping in Canada at the time & have been taking it 3 times a day w/meals since. I've been off it a few times when I ran out & was w/f more but I think not long enough to know if it made a difference but would always go back to this product not only because of the recommendation but because of the fact that it's in powder form 4 easy absorption, the other products I tried weren't & have had no issue w/arthritis. As an aside I no longer seem 2b able to find it in Canada & have had to order from the USA, which unfortunately is more costly w/the exchange rate.
