my brother suggested Flexacil after trying every Glucosamine supplement on the market. He said this was the only one that worked. He uses it for his back. I use it for my knees. I take one in the morning and one pill at night and I can go up and down stairs again without immense amounts of pain. I start feeling the pain agian when I forget to take my pills.
