Amazing friendly service from James who took me around the site and showed me different sized storage units. He did not try to push the bigger size units but one that would best suit my needs Was patient in answering all my questions even though I came very late in the day. Could not fault his service. Also must mention Rhys who I initially met at reception when I first arrived and he gave a very good first impression of the business and made the reception area warm and very welcoming Even though I have just moved in to a unit both James and Rhys have given me confidence that everything will run smoothly and if ever any issues should arise that they will be dealt with and solutions found.
