I used to have terrible pains in my joints, especially my knees. The doctor recommended a knee replacement. The pain would often keep me awake at night. I started taking Flexoplex about 5 years ago and within a month my pain decreased dramatically. In the last 5 years I ran out twice and thought maybe I could do without it. Both times within a month the pain returned with a vengeance. Now I don't think I'll ever stop taking it again. I am 63 and walk 12-15 thousand steps a day and have very little pain in my knees.
