While it can take up to a month to make a significant difference, Flexoplex DOES make a big difference in both pain levels and mobility for both my husband and I. I take 2 tablets twice a day and have been using it for many years. On those rare occasions I try something else, I really miss the Flexoplex after about a week or two when it clears my system. I recommend it for joint pain and it helps with my sciatic nerve pain as well. Don't misunderstand, it doesn't completely make one pain free but it really does make a difference in the pain level and mobility.
