Unable to provide an answer to a technical problem with the flickr online photo editor degrading the original file. Not any will to figure out and solve the issue after 7 weeks. After this term, the customer service had even stop replying my numerous emails.
A very poor at best and indecent sense of customer service for a paid subscription.
