Booked what I was informed was an all inclusive holiday. Sent payment details, half board. I was told it had a water park at the hotel, it was a walk away, not a huge problem but it wasn't included in the price, it was 10euros per day for six of us for 10 days is expensive. After lots of back and forth FC paid for the WP only for the last three days and lots of time sending emails and speaking with reception when we were meant to enjoying our holiday
When we arrived our rooms were on floor 1 and floor 4, it wasn't even under one booking. We are a family of two adults and four children.
When we went to leave our transfer did not arrive which we had booked as a package through the flight Center, we had to pay 250 euros, I contacted the FC who said they will not refund the additional money until they had received it back from their supplier and they had 14 days to do this. This shocks me as I had already paid them. After waiting 16 days and lots of emails back and forth I called them to be told they had still not received the money from their supplier. Again I said I have paid and they finally agreed on day 16 to refund the money I'd additionally paid for the transfer.
They don't seem interested in helping when you
have a problem but are happy to hound you when they can only hold a certain price for a holiday for less than 24 hours! Would not use again or recommend.
