First of all let me say that I wish all online retailers were this good. After ordering a Saitek Cessna Yoke/Rudder System it took the store a mere two hours to pick, pack and dispatch the package by 24 hour Express. This despite me having chosen the free P&P 2 to 3 day delivery. I know this was the case as I was given a tracking number by the courier giving information of progress through the system. It was delivered just 22 hours after ordering in a large very sturdy box with the two Saitek product boxes enclosed in it. Flight Store sell aviation products to real life pilots and professionals which I think goes a long way to explain the professionalism and speed they bring to online selling. I have been buying items on the internet since circa 1996 and can honestly say very few online retailers have made parting with my money feel this good.
