Booked and paid in full for flight to USA to get a phone call from someone called Andrew to inform me that this flight is no longer available, but when I checked with American airline our names were on this flight. Then to be informed that it’s going to cost another £245pp outrageous. But when you go back to there website it’s still showing as available,
