Attention!!!! Never, never book air tickets with this company. I booked a flight with them and I didn't receive a confirmation email. When I made the booking, I took a screenshot of the confirmation. Few hours later, I received a phone call from them asking me to pay extra £242 for my baggage. But on booking confirmation, it says "baggage included per adult".
I emailed them the screenshot and request cancellation. The person who called was very rude and they wanted me to pay cancellation fee.
