Ordered over a month ago. Got a tracking number the day after I ordered but STILL was saying pending. I emailed them and the email came back with an address for Michael but actually came back with Anna at the bottom. All in broken English and a very scripted answer about how they contacted the post office and it much be that they haven’t updated the tracking information. Yesterday I emailed again stating that there are still no updates. They emailed back from the “Michael” account stating they were busy and that’s why I didn’t have them. BS....don’t order from this company. Not sure I will ever get the shoes I ordered.
