Since mid 2020 we are trying to get a refund because of COVID-19. Unfortunately we still haven't received the refund, even after this firm promised to refund by the end of 2020.
The response on our emails is nothing more than a standard reply in which they refer to using a voucher instead of the refund. I would strongly advice not to believe the best intensions regarding refunds by this organization.
