I’m not an easy customer though I’m not one of those complainers. I live overseas and my sister lives in Surbiton and it’s her birthday. An orchid would be the answer, ordered and paid for by me (what are international credit cards for?) and delivered by a local flower shop in Surbiton. Floom did the job. My sister was thrilled, the delivery was exactly what I ordered and ordering from overseas (which several other flower shops couldn’t cope with) was a breeze.
