Order turned up completely smashed by DPD and the courier told the recipient not to accept the order. I contacted Floom and they told me the order had been signed for when it had not. Waited 3 days for an answer, I chased them twice and then told I will receive a refund in 5-10 working days. Whilst it's not Floom's fault DPD damaged the flowers it would have been nice if the customer service could have just resent flowers rather than me having to chase them.
