Used for the first time. I live in Australia and did experience a couple of problems using the site but the help I received was excellent. As regards a couple of unanswered questions below,
I don't know who the carrier was
the gift was delivered on the day I specified and I presume the experience was fine.
I did not order flowers, but the gift was perishables. I received a photo from the recipient and she was delighted with the gift.
