It's a scam, do not use this website.
I've ordered flowers on Sunday which were never delivered. Called 5 times so far. Last time I called, within 30 minutes, they marked my order as delivered, just to close the case but nothing was done about it. My friend is poorly and is at home day and night, so no excuse there. Very sad that she never got flowers for Christmas. Customer service has done nothing to resolve the issue.
I'm now filling in a complaint with my credit card company.
