Absolutely dreadful flowers that looked nothing like the image and extremely expensive for what was received.
Customer service was good - except I have not heard back from them since Friday. Hopefully I will have contact next week but I was only offered a 30% refund. The flowers were not worth the amount I paid even with the discount.
Will never use again.
