This was a last minute order which I ordered from the UK to Boston, USA. I was hoping for a same day delivery but didn't have much hope as I had left it so late. I also made an address error on the order so knew the chances were slim. The communication I had with Floom was quick, helpful and they kept me up to date with the order. Amazingly, the flowers were delivered on the same day and to the correct address!! I cannot recommend Floom enough and will definitely use them for any future orders. The receiver of the flowers said they were beautiful so a postive experience all round. Thank you Floom.
