My experience with Floom was easy enough, needed to get flowers to gift to someone early the next morning so the same day delivery was very helpful.
The issue was with my florist who gave the bouquet half dying stems that by the time I had to gift them the next morning they looked awful. Surely you don’t spend £50 for flowers only to last a few hours?
So as Floom themselves aren’t the issue I can’t really fault them however the quality control from their florists isn’t there.
