Order number 6e71156. Ordered for same day delivery on Valentines day. Was waiting at the door for the flowers to come yet did not hear anything. I contacted their support team who said it was a failed delivery. Obviously I was confused by this as I had put "If no one answers door leave on door step" on the delivery instructions and I was LITERALLY SAT AT THE DOOR WAITING FOR DELIVERY FOR OVER 6 HOURS. I contacted the support team to let them know of this and spoke to ;Zain , Chloe, Abdallah, David, Yvonne and some others who hung the phone up when I asked for their name!. Every. Single. Agent had told me this matter would be resolved and they would be contacting me for a redelivery and a REFUND on the same day delivery fee ( as I clearly didn't get it in the same day). After all this, this company had the audacity to send me an email asking me to pay 6.99 for a redelivery fee as it was "my" fault that the delivery has failed in the first place. I have spent literal hours of my day on the phone just trying to get this resolved but with each agent I speak to nothing is done. It has been an entire day since I made the same day order and it is now looking this matter won't be resolved for another day.
This is simply not good enough.
Not only do I want a re delivery free of charge (as it is the companies fault) but i also require a refund of the same day fee which I have paid for...
I have never been treated so horribly by a company and after I get my order redelivered and the the extra charge refunded I will never order from here again.
