I will not be using this service again unfortunately. I spent £50 on a bouquet to be delivered to my friend’s office during work hours. As delivery times appear as 9-6, I hoped to be notified if they were going to deliver later. Long story short, the flowers arrived three hours late, when the office had already closed. My friend works part time and got dead flowers as a surprise. Absolutely pitiful service.
