Easy to order, but the status bar on the site was not accurate or helpful. Also, I waited on hold to no answer for a long time. The flowers came late, BUT they were a beautiful arrangement. Part of the blame is on me for ordering "last minute", but I figured 3.5 hours would be sufficient to deliver flowers within the same neighborhood. Still, overall satisfied.
