This was a horrible experience, not from Floom but from the flower shop.
They not only lied and said the flowers were delivered on my wife's birthday, they decided the next day to deliver and make the flower arrangement larger for the inconvenience, however, although quite pretty the arrangement was quite small and looked like a 30.00 value, not 120.00.
