I have requested the delivery to be done on 18.07 - and yet not delivered!
no close customer support. after two days no real action/ update.
so disappointing.
you should be already aware that delivering flowers on time is so important - it is part of the occasion.
it is already late to send the flowers - we have missed the right time for the occasion.
