I placed my order for my sisters birthday and paid for same day delivery. The flowers were never delivered and I could not get through to Floom (even after leaving two voice messages), so I called and dealt with the florist themselves directly (flower station who were very professional). The florist explained that they had run out of the specific flowers for my selected bouquets and that they informed Floom to let me know that they could either substitute my bouquet for another one or deliver my order the next day, unfortunately Floom never called me (Later that day I found and email from them, but this was too late) and so my flowers were not delivered. Floom failed to call me back or respond my messages. I eventually got through to Floom 2days later and was offered a refund for the same day delivery charge. This defeated the whole point of placing an order for delivery on the same. Getting your flowers 2 days after the event isn’t quite the point.
