Floom is not a reliable service. I purchased my wife some flowers and chocolates to be delivered on our wedding anniversary, just as a little something. My order did not arrive, at all. I was hoping to surprise my wife with something nice and was let down, and therefore so was she. Not only was it not delivered, but the large delivery window (0800-1800) meant I was waiting all day for nothing. No explanation was given for the no show. While Floom have offered a full refund, they have said this will take ‘10 +’ business days to come through. That is at least half a month! This is a pretty abysmal time frame in the modern world of instant bank transfers. If you’re not going to bother to fulfill my order whatsoever, at least have the decency to swiftly give me my money back! Due to non delivery, my time wasted, my anniversary celebrations dampened, and the extremely slow refund process, I will not be using Floom again. 0/10
