Ordered "The Bright One-Delux" bouquet ( £93) on the 11th October and delivered on the 12th. Mike Miner( Head of Customer Experience) asked me to review on the 12th. I advised him that I was extremely disappointed as the card inside did not contain my message (which was very sentimental), so that gesture was lost. My Mother then had to ring several members of the family to ascertain who sent them-Never received a response from Mr Miner. Further disappointment on viewing the flowers as the bouquet was exceptionally small with some flowers already dying-A complete rip-off.
