I searched Google for "flower delivery" and found Floom. I searched the site for "birthday flowers" ideas and found that category. I found a unique looking arrangement in the shape of a teddy bear for my daughter. A red teddy bear with a pink heart. I ordered it for delivery for her birthday while I was out of town for work. I learn after it arrives that it wasn't actually real flowers, despite the product page having instructions for how to care for the flowers and despite the reviews on that page explicitly mentioning how fresh the flowers were. Also, there was no pink heart. I contacted support requesting a refund, and after one or two initial follow ups... they are now ghosting me.
