Ordered flowers to arrive on my girlfriend's birthday, which was delivered after 6 o'clock and were found by us outside her flat door at 11 o'clock when we got home from her birthday dinner. Very annoyed that they did not arrive earlier in the day. I had to email at 4.30 to find out were they going to be delivered to which I received a reply that they will be right with me.
I would appreciate a refund.
