The flowers were lovely, but the service was even better. I'd transposed some numbers in my recipient's address, and they were delivered to another building. A person there called to have them picked back (honest New Yorkers!) by the delivery people. When we found out the Floom representative called and was able to have them redelivered to the right address, just in time for the birthday.
