Easy to use, but their tracking system doesn't update live so I thought my flowers hadn't been delivered until the next day when I got a delivery email confirmation in the morning!! When I checked with the receiver, thankfully it had been delivered the day and in the time frame I had asked for originally, but seriously Floom, please have your tracking page reflect either live tracking or update correctly!! Not cool at all.
Customer service was unavailable through chat or phone - maybe because it was Valentine's Day so they were busy but for me, overall it was not a very good experience.
