I was let down by the florist. I made the order early in the morning since I wanted same day delivery. I was only informed by Floom about the florist being unable to deliver the flowers the same day due to ‘logistical’ issues at almost 5pm. This didn’t give me an option to send flowers the same day. I cancelled the order and I await the refund from Floom. Very disappointing experience once again from Floom.
