Would prefer a telephone contact to chat, but chat agent went as far as she could to get me the product I wanted. Would love to have a service that allowed client to enter a photo of a bouquet and be connected with providers that could produce same/similar.
I have not seen the flowers I sent buy recipient was very pleased.
