I ordered a bouquet and selected it base on what I wanted and the images that are provided on the website. The bouquet had 3 types of flowers and two types of green stems. However, what we have received has only two types of flowers without the green stems that was in the picture. The whole thing is absolutely different from the image. I know that sometimes stores run out of stock but they have to inform the customer in advance so they can decide to buy the product or not. The Floom didn’t do it, this bouquet was a pricy one and when I asked them I return it and please refund the money they refused and even they failed to give me a right explanation.
I don’t recommend this store at all.
