Beautiful, reasonably-priced, fresh, well-presented gift bouquet delivered in promised window to the right place (guest at a London hotel). Only quibble is that 1/2 the flower types or colours were different from advertised pictures. Overbalanced the bouquet to yellow, which was slightly disappointing, but not devastating. Guess it depends on seasonal availability as to final product produced. Might have liked to have a say on what was substituted, particularly in terms of colour swaps.
